Situated a short stroll from the village is this three bedroom bungalow which, although in need of updating to realise its full potential, offers the basis of a nice family home in this popular area. It is majority double glazed and warmed by a mixture of electrical heating.

The accommodation in brief provides an entrance hallway, 27' lounge, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. To the outside there is parking on the driveway and a garage; whilst gardens run to both the front and rear, the latter of which is nicely enclosed and offers a good degree of privacy.

The Lizard Peninsula is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty with sandy beaches, coves and moorland. Gweek is set at the navigable head of the Helford River, having many beautiful creek-side and rural walks. The village benefits from many clubs, societies and organisations with several amenities including a Post Office/stores, community hall, public house with restaurant and a garage. Primary schooling is available in the nearby hamlet of Boskenwyn. Helston, some four an a half miles away, has more extensive amenities including national stores, comprehensive school with sixth form college and leisure centre with indoor pool.
